Choose from a range of cuts of local beef, lamb and pork, and home-made sausages, all from local supplier and butcher Gerald Yates in Oldbury on Severn.
The free range chickens and ducks are from Creedy Carver in Crediton, Devon. The Venison is supplied locally by Berkeley Estate.
We dry cure bacon from our home reared free range rare breed pigs wherever possible. When our own pork isn’t available we use local pork to make bacon.
